Construction company Karves Yhtiöt Oy specialized in repairing buildings has moved to the completely refurbished Business Park Kalasataman Kummeli at Sörnäisten rantatie 29. Also Oy Lomarengas Ab Ltd offering vacationhouse rentals and the accountant company Blond Accounts Oyand also the Norwegian healthfoodcompany Vitamail Oy has moved to Kalasataman Kummeli that offers a full range of Business Park services in an interior with themes and elements of the sea and archipelago. Kalasataman Kummeli is owned by Lindström Invest Oy and it is the company´s 3rd Business Park in the Kalasatama area in addition to Lindström Talo and Rantatie Business Park.

Senaatin Notariaatti letting success at Eteläesplanadi 2 & 12 – office space + 3000 m² and retail space + 700 m²

Senaatin Notariaatti worked as the broker/advisor when Private Banking - personal asset management company Finlandia Group Oyj moved from Aleksanterinkatu to  the former headquarter of UPM at Eteläesplanadi  2. Finlandia´s new office + 1000 m² consists of the entire 2nd floor of the old section (1912) of the building with its beautiful bow-formed windows. Finlandia also rented the building´s retail space in the corner of Eteläesplanadi and Eteläranta as their private banking branch and customer service unit.

Senaatin Notariaatti was also the broker when the building´s last vacant office space + 2000 m² was rented. The new tenant will move into the newly refurbished premises after its completion in summer 2015.

Eteläesplanadi 2 is owned by Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH.

Senaatin Notariaatti also succeeded in letting + 600 m² retail space at Eteläesplanadi 12 from the old traditional Wasa Banken building. The retail space is in prime location in the corner of Kasarmikatu and Eteläesplanadi and its previous  use was Handelsbanken´s banking branch.

AFIAA buys Brondankulma in Helsinki for more than €60m

In a deal worth more than €60m, AFIAA Anlagestiftung für Immobilienanlagen im Ausland bought the Brondankulma office building in Helsinki from CBRE Global Investors. Located in the capital’s central business district, the 11-story, 8,230 sqm Brondankulma was built in 1975 and completely refurbished by CBRE Global Investors in 2013. The building is 61 percent leased to the Hannes Snellman law firm. The tenant mix also includes EQT Partners and MCF Corporate Finance. Ground-floor retailers include BW-Restaurants and an Alko store. Brondankulma has BREEAM Good certification.
