Senaatin Notariaatti has brokered six apartments which have previously been in office use and now have been converted into apartments in luxury residential area Kaartinkaupunki, Pohjoinen Makasiinikatu 7 and Fabianinkatu 4 in downtown Helsinki. The size of the apartments ranges from 141 m2 to 235 m2, altogether 1205 m2. The apartments was owned by the The National Emergency Supply Agency.
