Senaatin Notariaatti worked as the broker/advisor when Private Banking – personal asset management company Finlandia Group Oyj moved from Aleksanterinkatu to the former headquarter of UPM at Eteläesplanadi 2. Finlandia´s new office + 1000 m² consists of the entire 2nd floor of the old section (1912) of the building with its beautiful bow-formed windows. Senaatin Notariaatti was also the broker when the building´s last vacant office space + 2000 m² was rented. The new tenant will move into the newly refurbished premises after its completion in summer 2015.
Eteläesplanadi 2 is owned by Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH.
